Attendee analytics can be viewed once an event has been taken Live. 



Statistics

Unique attendees

The number of individual attendees who have logged into your portal.


Peak attendees

The highest number of attendees who were logged into your portal simultaneously.


Live attendees

The number of attendees logged in to your portal right now.
Live attendee statistic is only available whilst an event is Live.

Attendee access timeline

Number of active attendees accessing the portal over the Live event period. View where attendees access and departure trends.


Total runtime

The total amount of time between the event being made Live and being ended.


Average minutes watched

The average number of minutes watched by a single attendee.
Calculation: Total attendee online duration / number of unique attendees


Total minutes watched

The total number of minutes watched by all attendees.
Calculation: Total attendee online duration


Chat messages

The number of chat messages submitted by attendees.


Questions

The number of questions submitted by attendees.


Poll votes

The number of poll votes submitted by attendees.


Notes

Deleting logged in user

Deleting a logged in user from the Registration page will not affect the collected statistics.


On demand

Statistics are not collected when your event is in On Demand mode.


Previewing the portal

Statistics may vary for account users who both Preview a portal and join as an attendee. The outcome depends on the order of their actions:

User previewed the portal and then logged in as an attendee

  1. The user will not be counted toward analytics.
  2. The user will show in the Logins tab with a duration of 0min.

User logged in as an attendee and then previewed the portal

  1. The user will be counted toward analytics
  2. The user will show in the Logins tab with an accurate duration
