Hybrid events

Hybrid events

Joinin allows both onsite and remote audiences to connect and take part in Engagement features.

How it works

When your event is set to Hybrid mode your attendees will be given the option to choose a location after logging in. Their choice will define the features they are shown.

Example location choice dialogue

Example remote attendee experience

Remote attendees can see the streaming video and engagement features. This is the standard Joinin experience.

Example physical attendance experience

Physical attendees cannot view the live video stream but can see the engagement features. It is assumed they are in the same physical room as the presentation and can watch the event live.
