Getting started - attending an event

Open the event portal by following the link in your invitation email, or copying and pasting the link into your browser. We recommend using Google Chrome as the browser.

The event link looks like: https://view.joinin.live/abc123

Login

At login you will be asked to provide details depending on the event registration requirements. Please provide at a minimum:
  1. First name
  2. Last name
  3. Email


Click ‘Join event’ once all the necessary fields have been filled in. Once inside the portal you will be able to access all the event information, livestream and Engagement features.

Stream

Make sure you have unmuted the live stream video by clicking the 'unmute' button in the top left of the video window.



Make sure the volume of the live stream video is turned up. The volume control is on the bottom left of the video window.
