File upload

Media can be uploaded to the Studio library for use in an event.

Upload media

1. Open the media tab
2. Click the ‘Upload media’ button









3. A file upload field will appear. Drag and drop or click and select the file to upload.




Accepted file types

Video

  1. Container: MPEG-4 (.mp4), MPEG-4 (.m4v) or QUICKTIME (.mov)
  2. Encoding: H264 or H265
  3. Audio Encoding: AAC
  4. Maximum File Size: 5 GB
  5. Frame size : Up to 1920x1080
  6. Recommended encoding bitrate for 1080p: 5 to 10 Mbits/s


Images

  1. Format: JPEG or PNG
  2. Maximum file size: 5 MB
  3. Frame size: Up to 1920x1080


Powerpoint presentation

  1. Format: PPTX or PPT
  2. Maximum file size: 200 MB
  3. Frame size: Up to 1920x1080
Powerpoint presentations will be converted to a sequence of images with builds, animations and video content removed.


Keynote presentation

  1. Format: KEY
  2. Maximum file size: 200 MB
  3. Frame size: Up to 1920x1080

PDF document

  1. Format: PDF
  2. Maximum file size: 200 MB
  3. Protected: the PDF document must not be password protected
  4. Frame size: Up to 1920x1080


Add as live source

To add library media to your event as a live source:
  1. Select the media
  2. Click the 'Add to sources' button from the bottom of the library panel, or from the media dropdown menu.
