Download recording & analytics

Once your event has finished you can download a full video recording and event statistics for offline storage and analysis.

Event registration

Download a list of all registered attendees and their registration data. Only available when the event Access Type is set to a registration option.
A sample of the event statistics files can be downloaded here. Included fields are:

  3. attendee_last_name
  4. attendee_email
  5. company
  6. division
  7. position
  8. state
  9. city
  10. phone
  11. age
  12. website
  13. status

Event recording

A Full HD recording of your event is captured from the moment you go Live. Once your event has ended this recording is finalised and made available for download on the Analytics page, Download tab. This process typically takes less than 5 minutes. Click the filename to download.




Event statistics

Statistics and analytics are tracked for all users who attend your live event. Once your event has ended you can download the following statistics and analytics files:
  1. Statistics - details on view attendance, runtime and engagement overview. Separate entries for live stream and on demand.
  2. Logins - all attendee logins with entry time, exit time, duration online and session type (live stream or on demand).
  3. Chat messages - all chat messages submitted by attendees.
  4. Questions - all questions asked by attendees. 
  5. Poll results - An overview of each poll and the voting results.
  6. Poll votes - a breakdown of each attendee's vote in each poll.
