Change your plan

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan on the Subscription page. Select 'Subscription' from the 'Settings' menu to access the Subscription page.
You must be an Admin user type to modify billing.





Manage subscription

Manage your account plan and payment details by pressing on the 'Manage subscription' button. You will be transferred to our billing portal hosted by secure payment partner, Stripe.

Explore all plans, monthly or annual, and switch between them. 



Confirm plan

Preview the billing changes and confirm your new plan.
Plan upgrade are processed immediately so the features are available for use straight away. Downgrades are processed at the end of your current billing period so you retain access to your current subscription.




Cancel plan

You can cancel your plan at any time. Select 'Cancel plan' from the billing portal and follow the prompts.
Cancellations are processed at the end of your current billing period so you retain access to your current subscription.





Download invoices

View your account billing history and download invoices for any subscription charge.
