The attendee count is the number of attendees that can view your event. The event attendee count is calculated based on the number of unique attendees interacting with your portal.
An attendee is considered unique based on their email address.
Count calculation
Non-registration Events
Every attendee that logs into the event portal is counted toward the event attendee count. Attendees logging in multiple times with the same email address are counted as a single attendee.
Registration events
Each approved attendee registration is counted toward the event attendee count. Attendees logging in multiple times with the same email address are counted as a single attendee.
Exceeding the count
If your event exceeds the attendee count for your plan type, attendees are showing an error message and directed to contact the event support email address.
