Adding presenters

Presenters are participants that deliver content during your event and can share their camera, screen and microphone. You can invite Presenters to your event through the Control page.

List

A list of all presenters invited to your event and their current status.
  1. Offline
  2. Waiting Room
  3. Live Room


Invite presenter

Invite a new presenter by adding their name and email address.

Name

The entered presenter's name appears in several locations:
  1. When the presenter accesses the Presenter Hub. Presenters are able to edit the name before login.
  2. Other presenters see the name.
  3. Attendees viewing the live event may see the presenter's name.
  4. Automated titles use the presenter's name.


Send email invitation

If this option is checked the invited presenter will receive an email with their unique Presenter Hub access link. If this option is not checked no email will be sent and the presenter's link must be shared manually. Each link is unique to a presenter and should not be shared to others.

Copy link

Copy the unique Presenter Hub access link for the selected presenter to your system clipboard.

Rename

Rename the presenter at any time.

Delete

Delete the presenter. The presenter will be removed from your event and unable to present unless invited again.
